1. Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.
• Artisan variations: Handcrafted items naturally exhibit minor variations in colour, texture, size, and finish. These distinct characteristics are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Sizing and Specifications

• Customer responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and sizing charts before checking out.
• No fit-related returns: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if an item does not fit or if you change your mind.

3. Exclusions for Damaged or Faulty Items

• We want you to love your one-of-a-kind piece. While we do not accept standard returns, we will protect you if your item arrives broken or defective.
• Reporting window: You must report any transit damage or major structural defects within 48 hours of delivery.
• How to report: Email orders@sheartstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
• Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement piece, or a store credit at our discretion.
