SheArt Studio is owned and operated by Rosa Mystica (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.
Throughout these Terms, "SheArt Studio", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Rosa Mystica (Pty) Ltd.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or purchasing from SheArt Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Every SheArt Studio work is created in limited editions and produced through artisan processes.
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, form, size, finish, fragrance, glazing, paper, or other natural characteristics are an inherent part of the work. These variations celebrate the individuality of each piece and are not considered faults or defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each work as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
SheArt Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.
SheArt Studio does not store your full payment card information.
Orders will only begin processing once payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days after purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service. While we will gladly assist in resolving any shipping issues, SheArt Studio cannot guarantee courier delivery times.
At present, we ship within South Africa only.
If you wish to purchase from outside South Africa, please contact us at orders@sheartstudio.com. We are able to arrange international shipping on request through our international shipping partner.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Every item offered by SheArt Studio is uniquely handcrafted, artisan-made, or made-to-order.
Because of the time, care, and craftsmanship involved in creating these works, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and specifications before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Although we do not accept standard returns, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their work in excellent condition.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a significant manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- replace the item,

9. Limited Editions & Founders' Collections
Many SheArt Studio works are produced in strictly limited editions.
Once a numbered edition has been allocated to a customer, that edition number becomes permanently assigned and cannot be exchanged or reallocated.
The Founders' Collection represents the inaugural body of work created by SheArt Studio. Only ten complete Founders' Collections exist and will never be reproduced.

All content appearing on this website—including but not limited to artwork, writing, photography, illustrations, product names, collection names, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and website content—is the intellectual property of Rosa Mystica (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
